Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our rip-and-ship business, all sales are final once the product has been opened live on stream or shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

We provide tracking numbers for all shipments. If your package is marked as delivered by USPS (or any other carrier), no refunds or replacements will be issued. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Scanned at USPS But Not Delivered

If USPS (or another carrier) has scanned your package into their system, but it has not been delivered, the buyer must file a claim directly with USPS or the respective carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages in transit, or any issues once the carrier has accepted the package. No refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases.

Damaged Items

We package all orders securely. We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping. If your package arrives significantly damaged, you may file a claim directly with USPS.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

We dispute all chargebacks for items marked as delivered. Customers attempting fraudulent claims may be banned from future purchases.

Refunds (before we ship/fulfill or before your live break begins)​

• Eligibility: You may request a refund before we ship/fulfill your order or before your live break begins. Once an order ships or a live break starts, all sales are final.

• Fee: 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment-processor fees and admin time.

• Our mistake: If the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, listing glitch, duplicate charge), we’ll refund 100%—no fee.

• Why a fee? Most payment processors don’t return their original processing fees on refunds, so those amounts aren’t included in your refund unless the cancellation is due to our error.
